摘要
利用城市固体垃圾微波裂解固体残留物制备活性炭。固体残留物通过物理筛选,浮选的预分离,再用酸碱化学法将其中的杂质除去,然后用水蒸气物理活化法活化,最后制备出活性炭。对制备出的活性炭进行性能检测,结果显示:经过物理和化学分离提纯,原炭料碳含量由28.79%提高到81.50%;制备出的活性炭的吸碘值在587mg/g,比表面积591m2/g,亚甲值67mg/g。
In this paper, solid residues of municipal solid waste(MSW), which was disposed by the microwave pyrolysis,were used to prepare activated carbon by the predissociation of the physical screening and the flota- tion, removing the impurities in acid- base chemical methods, and activating the products in water vapor phys- ical activation. Performance testing of the activated carbon was researched. The results showed that the carbon content of the original carbon materials increased from 28.8% to 81.5% by the physical and chemical puri~ fications. The iodine absorption number of the activated carbon was 587mg/g, the specific surface area was 591m2/g and the methylene blue number was 67mg/g.
