摘要
减速器的寿命主要取决于齿轮的接触强度或弯曲强度,以及低速轴的强度和高速轴轴承的承载能力。通过对圆柱齿轮减速器高速轴轴承的受力分析,提出原动件的最佳布置位置,以提高减速器的使用寿命。
The service life of reducer primarily depends on the strength or flexural strength of gear, the strength of lowspeed shaft , the bearing capacity of high-speed shaft. Through the force analysis of the high-speed shaft in cylindrical gear reducer, the optimum position of the driving link is proposed for prolonging the reducer's service life.
