摘要
为缩短生化需氧量(BOD)检测时间,研究了一种基于空气阴极微生物燃料电池技术快速测定生活污水中BOD的方法.利用葡萄糖作为单一底物,研究电池电压输出和葡萄糖质量浓度的关系,发现二者遵循Monod方程式.在葡萄糖质量浓度小于100mg/L时,电压输出和葡萄糖质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系.利用空气生物燃料电池测定污水处理厂曝气沉砂池、初沉池和曝气池出水的BOD仅需10h,有效缩短了BOD的检测时间。
To shorten the time needed for determination of biological oxygen demand(BOD),this study reports a method that can be used for rapid measurement of BOD in domestic organic wastewater based on air cathode microbial fuel cell technology.Testing results indicated that when glucose was used as single organic substrate,the relationship between voltage output and glucose concentration followed Monod equation.When glucose concentration(BOD) was less than 100 mg/L,good linear relationship between voltage and glucose concentration was obtained.It's merely needed about 10 h to determine BOD in effluent from aeration grit chamber,primary clarifier and aeration tank in wastewater treatment plant by air-cathode microbial fuel cell,which effectively shortens the measurement time.
