摘要
根据劣质柴油的性质,开发了络合脱氮剂和脱氮工艺,以焦化柴油为原料进行了络合脱氮工艺实验室研究,在此基础上,利用50 kg/h的络合脱氮中试装置,完成了焦化柴油络合脱氮中试试验,较好地重复了实验室研究结果。在相同加氢精制条件下,焦化柴油脱氮油与焦化柴油相比,芳烃质量分数降低5.4%,十六烷值提高2.8个单位。
A complex denitrifying agent and the related process was developed and used for the denitri-lying of coking diesel in laboratory. The process was scaled up in a pilot plant at the processing capacity of 50 kg/h, which repeated the laboratory results. Comparison of the hydrogenation of the coking diesel and the denitrified coking diesel under the same conditions showed that the aromatic content de- creased by 5.4% and the cetane number increased by 2.8.
