二郎山山地鸡一世代产蛋性能选育效果研究 被引量:11

Breeding Effect of Laying Performance of Erlang Mountainous Chickens of the First Generation

摘要 通过比较二郎山山地鸡SD02和SD03品系一世代的产蛋性能,并进行产蛋性状间的相关分析,为二郎山山地鸡配套系的后续选育提供科学依据。结果表明,品系间大部分产蛋性状差异显著,SD03品系开产日龄早于SD02品系,开产体重、蛋重均极显著高于SD02品系(P<0.01)。此外,鸡群300日龄时,SD03品系产蛋数、体重、蛋重均显著高于SD02品系(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,开产日龄与300日龄产蛋数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与开产蛋重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);300日龄体重与300日龄蛋重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);300日龄产蛋数与300日龄体重、300日龄蛋重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与开产第1、2、3、4、5月的产蛋数均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,SD03品系产蛋性能优于SD02品系,开产日龄是影响产蛋性能的一个重要因素。 In order to provide the scientific data for breeding of Edang Mountainous chickens,comparison of laying performance and correlation analysis among laying traits in the first generation between two lines (SD02 and SD03)were carried out. The results showed that most of laying performance between the two lines was significantly different. The age at first laying day (AFLD) of SD03 was earlier than SD02,body weight (BW) and egg weight (EW) at first laying day were significantly higher than those of SD02 (P〈0.01),respectively. Furthermore,egg number (EN) during 300 days,BW and EW of 300-day-age SD03 were significantly higher than those of SD02 (P〈0.05) ,respectively. Correlation analysis showed that AFLD was significantly negatively correlated with EN during 300 days (P〈0.01). Whereas,it was significantly positively correlated with EW at first egg (P〈0.01). BW was significantly positively correlated with EW at 300 days age (P〈0.01);EN during 300 days was significantly negatively correlated with BW and EW at 300 days age. It was also significantly positively correlated with EN in the first,second,third,fourth and fifth month. In conclusion,laying performance of SD03 line was better than that of SD02. Moreover,AFLD was one of the critical factors which affecting laying performance in chickens.
