摘要
以氨基磺酸为催化剂,采用微波辐射,由1,3,5-苯三酚与乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合制备标题化合物。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:n(1,3,5-苯三酚)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)=1.0∶1.0,0.1 g氨基磺酸,10 mL环己烷,反应时间12 min,反应温度100℃,微波功率380 W,产率可达89.2%。
The synthesis of 4-methyl-5,7-dihydroxyl coumarin was performed via the condensation of 1,3,5-benzenetriol and ethyl acetoacetate under microwave irradiation.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:6.7 g of 1,3,5-benzenetriol,6.8 mL of ethyl acetoacetate,0.1 g of aminosulfonic acid,10 mL of cyclohexane were subjected to reaction for 12 min at 100 ℃ under microwave irradiation with a microwave power of 380 W.The product yield reached 89.2%.
