摘要
射流喷嘴是射流技术的重要元件,而流量系数则是射流喷嘴的重要参数。在前人工作的基础上,根据水力学原理,推导了射流喷嘴的流量系数计算公式,克服了以前计算公式的不足,并给出了射流能量转换效率的计算公式,得出转换效率应为流速系数的立方,并非流量系数的平方或立方,为射流设计计算提供了更为准确的依据。
Jet nozzle is an important component of jet technology,while the flow coefficient is an important parameter of jet nozzle. Based on theories of hydraulics,the formula of calculating the flow coefficient of the jet nozzle was derived,which overcame the shortcomings of the previous formulas. In addition,the formula of calculating the conversion efficiency of the jetting energy was offered,and the conclusion was drawn that the conversion efficiency was the cube of velocity coefficient,not the square or cube of the flow coefficient,which provides the more accurate calculation bases for the jet design and calculation.
