摘要
总结史锁芳教授辨治过敏性鼻炎—哮喘综合征的临床经验。认为气虚夹风、风痰阻肺是本病的主要病机,益气祛风、宣痹化饮法是其主要治法,并自拟祛风宣痹方,根据兼夹证候加减化裁,疗效满意。
This article introduces Professor Shi Suofang’s clinical experience in the treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome.It is argued that allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome results from qi deficiency with wind and wind-phlegm in lung,and that its treatment concentrates on tonifying qi to expel wind,releasing lung and resolving phlegm by self-composed ＂Qufeng Xuanbi Formula＂.
