摘要
通过对童车设计背景的考察和分析,发现在功能使用、人机设计与寿命周期设计上,都存在着需要解决的问题;从儿童人体工程角度,将蛙式滑板车与儿童三轮车结合在一起,提出了一款童车两种功能的设计方案,并从造型、结构、加工工艺等细节方面进行设计。最后阐述了该方案的工程输出与快速成型制作程序,为童车的设计与生产起到了一定的推动作用。
Through researching and analyzing the background of the Children＇s bike design,this paper shows that many design problems should be solved in function,ergonomics and life-cycle.Based on children＇s body engineering,a new design project of one children＇s bike with two functions is presented,which brings or combines frog style scooter and children＇s tricycle together.Moreover,the children＇s bike is redesigned from the modeling,the structure and the producing process etc.At last,the paper introduces the engineering output and rapid prototyping process of this project,and it will promote the design and production of the children＇s bike in the future.
