摘要
以友达光电(苏州)有限公司(简称友达光电)3AMA5#(MA:Module Assemble,模组组装)生产线为研究对象,结合生产线平衡与动素分析的相关理论,运用工业工程方法,针对友达光电3AMA5#生产线平衡率不高的问题,通过调查分析,寻找影响生产线平衡的主要因素,包括"瓶颈"作业、动作浪费以及生产布局等方面。综合运用5W1H提问技术和ECRS原则对友达光电3AMA5#生产线进行作业改善以及生产布局改善,达到"一个流"的生产。本文突出的地方在于不仅针对"瓶颈"作业和生产线布局进行改善,而且应用动素分析的方法来降低工序的生产时间,进一步提升生产线平衡率。
Taking the AUO(Suzhou) Co.Ltd.(referred to as AUO)3AMA5#(MA: Module Assemble) production line as the research object,based on the theories of production line balancing and therbligs analysis,the main factors affecting the balance of the production line were found with industrial engineering methods through investigation to solve its low equilibrium rate problems.The factors included bottleneck operation,action waste and production layout.Combined with comprehensive application of 5W1H question technology and ECRS principles,the improvement on the operation and production layout of the AUO 3AMA5# production line was conducted to reach the result of "one piece flow".This paper is outstanding not only for its improvement of "bottleneck" operations and production line layout,but also for the application of therbligs analysis method in reducing the production time of the process,which could promote the balance rate further.
