摘要
以3个花椒品种1年生实生苗为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了干旱胁迫条件下3个品种叶片相对含水量、可溶性蛋白质含量、MDA含量、SOD、POD活性、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、茎生物量、根生物量、总生物量和根茎比的变化,利用隶属函数对其抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度的增加,3个花椒品种叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势;MDA含量、POD活性均呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白含量先减少后增加;SOD活性、叶绿素含量、净光合速率季变化平均值先增加后下降;净光合速率季变化曲线呈单峰型或双峰型,但峰值出现的时间不同;茎生物量、根生物量和总生物量均呈下降趋势;豆椒根茎比降低,二红袍根茎比先降后升,大红袍根茎比上升。3个花椒品种抗旱性强弱排序为:豆椒>二红袍>大红袍。
With 1-year seedlings of 3 varieties of Zanthoxylum bungeanum as experimental material,a pot experiment was conducted under drought stress study the changes of their leaf relative water content,soluble protein content,MDA content,SOD,POD activity,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stem biomass,root biomass,total biomass and shoot ratio,and the membership function was used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of their drought resistance.The results show that with the increase of drought stress,leaf relative water content of the 3 varieties were decreased;MDA content and POD activity showed an upward trend;soluble protein content decreased first and then increased;SOD activity,chlorophyll content and the average seasonal change of net photosynthetic rate increased first and then declined;Seasonal variation of net photosynthetic rate curves showed single peak or double peaks,but the peaks appeared at different time;stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass showed a decreasing trend;ratio of root and stem in three varieties showed that Doujiao decreased,Erhongpao went down and then up,and Dahongpao rose.The drought resistance of the three varieties was in the order of Doujiao〉Erhongpao〉Dahongpao.
