Extraction of Total Alkaloids from Corydalis decumbens by Supercritical CO_2 Extraction

摘要 目的:研究超临界CO2萃取法提取夏天无中总生物碱的工艺条件。方法:以萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间为考察因素,以夏天无总生物碱、原阿片碱、延胡索乙素含量的综合评分及干膏率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度55℃,萃取时间2.5h。提取物中总生物碱含量约为67%,原阿片碱含量约为17%,延胡索乙素含量约为10%。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,可用于夏天无总生物碱的提取。 OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction technology of total alkaloids from Corydalis decumbens by supercritical CO2 extraction. METHODS: The extraction technology of total alkaloids from C. decumbens was optimized by orthogonal experiment using extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time as factors and with the contents of total alkaloids, protopine and tetrahydropalmatine and extraction rate as index. RESULTS: The optimal technology was as follows: the pressure of 30 MPa at 55 ℃ in 2.5 h. The contents of total alkaloids, protopine, and tetrahydropalmatine were about 67%, 17%, and 10%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The process is stable and feasible for the extraction of total alkaloids from C. decumbens.
