摘要
在分析精镗孔及垂直止推端面加工工艺的基础上,设计了一种刮端面与精镗刀片分离的复合刀具,介绍了刀具结构及其特点,使用结果表明该复合刀具能满足工件孔及止推面的精度要求,具有加工精度稳定,高刚度、高精度、高效率及寿命长的特点。
Based on the analysis on the Finish Boring and processing technology for thrust face,a combination cutting tool tool for fine boring and scrape is designed.its characteristics was introduced in this article.The application of this tool proves that it imeet the precision demanded able to assure reliably the accuracy requirements.it has the feature of high precision,stable performance,long life of cutter and high efficiency.
