摘要
以萱草属植物Hyperion幼嫩花梗为外植体材料,用MS为基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的3种植物生长调节剂来确定最佳的诱导愈伤组织和丛生芽增殖的培养基,建立高效的快繁体系,为萱草属植物大规模工厂化生产提供技术基础.结果表明:萱草属植物Hyperion的最佳诱导、增殖和生根培养基配方分别为MS+NAA_(0.5)+6-BA_2,MS+NAA_(0.1)+2,4-D_1+6-BA_2和1/2 MS+NAA_(0.1).
Using the flower stem of Hemerocallis Hyperion as explants and MS as minimal medium, the authors studied the effects of three plant growth regulators on the adventitious buds differentiation and the invitro cultured plantlet, so as to build an efficient reproduced system of Hemerocallis, which can provide technical basis for its large - scale industrialization. The result showed that the best formula of induction, proliferation and rhizogenesis are MS + NAA0.5 + 6 - BA2, MS + NAA0.1 + 2,4 - D1 + 6 - BA2 and 1/2 MS + NAA0 1, respectively.
