摘要 美国高校教师发展从20世纪60年代开始兴起到目前已经成为美国高校管理者关注的焦点之一,分析其概念内涵、发展变迁将有助于我们更深刻理解美国高校和高等教育的发展变化,同时为我国的高师培训工作提供借鉴。
