摘要
为提高内河电子航道图制作水平,针对我国内河航道数据源特点,提出基于IHOS-57标准的内河电子航道图数据处理流程,详细分析其制图精度,通过建立可读性CAD图层控制机制、浮点转换模型以及区域性坐标系间转换算法等措施来提高制图精度.实践证明,这些措施可有效控制数据制作精度.
A data processing flow of inland electronic navigation chart was proposed based on IHO S-57 standard to improve the cartographic accuracy according to the inland data source characteristics.Some measures were adopted by establishing readability CAD layer control mechanism,floating point conversion model and conversion algorithm between regional coordinates to improve cartographic accuracy.Tests show that the proposed measures can effectively control the cartographic accuracy.
