摘要
【目的】了解妊娠期糖代谢异常对新生儿心脏结构及功能的影响。【方法】对23例糖尿病母亲的新生儿、16例糖耐量异常母亲的新生儿及30例血糖正常母亲的新生儿于生后4 d内进行实时三维超声心动图检查,观察糖尿病母亲的新生儿、糖耐量异常母亲的新生儿及血糖正常母亲的新生儿的心脏结构及功能情况。【结果】糖尿病和糖耐量异常母亲的新生儿室间隔厚度、左心室重量明显大于血糖正常母亲的新生儿(P<0.05),心脏左心室舒张功能减弱(P<0.05)。【结论】妊娠期血糖异常可对新生儿心脏造成较大影响,孕早期血糖监控对减少婴儿心脏损害有重要意义。
【Objective】 To observe the influence of glycometabolism disorder in gestational period on the function and structure of the heart of fetus.【Method】 23 neonates of diabetic mothers,16 neonates born to glucose tolerance abnor-mal mothers and 30 neonates of non-diabetic mothers were detected within four days after birth by real-time three-dimen-sional echocardiography(RT-3DE).【Results】 The interventricular septal(IVS) thickness and the left ventricular mass(LVM) of the neonates born to diabetic mothers and glucose tolerance abnormal mothers were obviously thicker than that of the neonates of non-diabetic mothers(Pall 0.05).The incidences of heart abnormalities in the neonates whose mothers were diabetes patients were obviously higher than that in the neonates born to non-diabetic mothers.【Conclusions】 Gly-cometabolism disorder in gestational period may have influences on the hearts of fetus and neonates.Blood sugar monitoring is necessary for decreasing the incidences of heart injure.
