摘要
从中药安全性这个全新的角度诠释了中药特色数据库的选题意义,并从建库意义、数据来源、开发平台以及数据挖掘策略四个方面对中药指纹图谱数据库、中药方剂配伍数据库和中药不良反应监测数据库这三类应用于中药安全性评价的相关数据库进行了简要介绍,最后对中药特色数据库的发展趋势做了探讨。
From the perspective of the security of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,this article analyzed the meaning and significance of the subject in TCM characteristic database construction.And then it generally introduced three kinds of characteristic databases related to the security of TCM form four aspects such as the meaning of establishment,data sources,development platform and the methods of data mining.At last,in this article the development trends of TCM characteristic database had also been discussed.
