摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,高校图书馆的服务正由传统的文献信息服务向知识服务转型。通过对知识管理、知识服务的阐述,分析了高校图书馆知识管理与知识服务的内在联系,运用知识管理的原理构造出了高校图书馆知识服务模式,即知识服务用户自我服务模式、知识咨询参考馆员服务模式、知识学科馆员服务模式、知识咨询专家服务模式。
As the knowledge economy arrival,university library service from a traditional information service to the transformation of knowledge services.Through knowledge management and knowledge services elaboration of the university library and knowledge services,knowledge management internal relations,using the principles of knowledge management to construct a university library knowledge service model,that is,knowledge of service user self-service model,knowledge point of reference Librarian service model,knowledge of subject librarian service model,knowledge consultant service model.
