摘要
随着带式输送机在煤矿及其他行业的广泛和大量应用,常规的静态设计方法已经不能满足实际需要,对其进行动力学分析是必要且具有重大意义的。该垂直弯曲带式输送机动力学分析软件是依托已经建立起来的带式输送机连续动力学模型,使用面向对象编程工具VisualBasic6.0和MatlabR2008b,并基于COM组件技术实现了两者的数据传输。软件基于COM组件技术最终实现了动力学分析软件脱离MATLAB环境运行,使该软件更具有普遍的应用价值和实际意义。
With the wide and great applications of the belt conveyor to the coalmines and other industries,the conventional static designmethod would not bemet with the actual requirements.The dynamics analysis for the designmethod would be necessary and would have great significances.The dynamics analysis software of the vertical bending belt type conveyor introduced in the paper was established base on the continuous dynamicsmodel of the belt type conveyor established.The object-oriented programming tools of Visual Basic6.0 andmatlabR2008b were applied to realize the data transmission between the two sides base on COM component technology.Base on the COM component technology,the software could be operated in themATLAB environment separated from the dynamics analysis software and the software could have a wide application value and actual significance.
