摘要
本实验以民间收集的红曲米为材料,分别从三个方面对红曲霉进行了研究:(1)将红曲霉进行初步选育和紫外线诱变后,选育出高产红曲色素的菌株,其紫外线诱变的垂直距离为30 cm时,最佳照射时间为15 min,选育后其色价为910 U/g,比原菌株色价高105 U/g。(2)对单因子KNO3、钙镁片、Vb&Vc对红曲霉生长速度和产色素的能力作了初步的研究,结果表明:Vb&Vc可以促进红曲霉的生长和色素的产生,KNO3也可以促进红曲霉的生长和色素的产生,但效果不显著。在三者当中,Vb&Vc对红曲霉生长和产色的影响最大。
Three areas of the Monascu were studied s in the experiment civil collection for the red rice materials:(1) Monascus will conduct a preliminary selection by UV mutating,high-yielding strains of the Monascournarin can be choosen when the UV mutagenesis vertical distance is at 30 cm,the optimal exposure time is 15 min.The color value of choosen strain reaches 910 U/g.Compared to original strain,its color value high 105 U/g.(2) to single factor KNO3,the calcium and magnesium piece,VbVc and produced the pigment to the red koji mold growth speed ability to do the preliminary research,finally indicated: VbVc may promote the Mononscus growth and the pigment production,KNO3 may also promote the Mononscus growth and the pigment production,but the effect is not remarkable.Among the three factors,VbVc help produces the pigment and growth to the Mononscus most.
