摘要
通过L16(45)正交试验,考察浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提次数和固液比4个因素初步对毛木耳水溶性多糖提取的影响,优化毛木耳水溶性粗多糖的提取工艺。结果表明最佳提取工艺为:粉碎子实体,固液比为1∶30(g/mL),浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为1 h,反复浸提3次,所得毛木耳水溶性粗多糖最多,其得率可达0.755%。经过初步纯化的毛木耳多糖得率为0.393%。
In order to thoroughly develop the deep processing of Auricularia Polytricha products,to play its potential medicinal value and economic value,the paper design of the L^16(4^5) of orthogonal experiment,from the extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times,solid-liquid proportion to study the extraction conditions of Auricularia Polytricha polysaccharide,and optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides of Auricularia Polytricha.The result shows that the optimal extract process is to crush the fruit body,adding 30 times the amount of water,and extract at 80 ℃ water bath for 1 h,extract 3 times,the rate of polysaccharides from Auricularia Polytricha is 0.755 %.The preliminary purified polysaccharide is 0.393 %.
