摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定肺筋草中薯蓣皂苷的含量,建立肺筋草中薯蓣皂苷含量测定的方法。采用Shimadzu VP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶V(水)=31∶69为流动相,流速为0.5 mL/min,柱温为45℃;进样量为10μL,检测波长206 nm。研究表明:薯蓣皂苷在10.6μg/mL~106μg/mL(r=0.998 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.02%。此方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于薯蓣皂苷的含量测定。
To established a method for the determination of dioscin in Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The separation was performed in a Shimadzu VP-ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol water(31:69) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The column temperature was 45 degrees,and the detecting wavelength was at 206 nm.It was found that the linear range for dioscin was 10.6 μg/mL-106 μg/mL(r=0.998 8),The mean recovery of dioscin was 97.02 %.This method is simple,accurate and reproducible for determination of dioscin in Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch..
