纯铝1A85连续变断面循环挤压过程的组织演变 被引量:7

摘要 采用连续变断面循环挤压法对纯铝1A85进行挤压变形,并考察了组织的演变。宏观变形组织显示,晶粒在变形过程中反复拉长、压扁而破碎,逐渐趋于均匀。用TEM分析循环挤压过程中的组织变化特点,铸坯挤压2循环后,平均晶粒尺寸为1.5μm,挤压8循环后,平均晶粒尺寸为750nm。结果表明这一方法能够制备出超细晶材料。 1A85 pure aluminum was extruded via the continuous variable cross-section recycled extrusion and the structural evolution was researched.The macro-structure demonstrated that the grains become more and more uniform by elongating and compressing repeatedly in the distortion process.The structural change in the circulating extrusion process was characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).After being pressed for 2 cycles,the average grain size of the samples is 1.5μm.After being pressed for 8 cycles,the average grain size is 750nm.The results show that this method can be applied to prepare ultra-fine grained materials.
