摘要
阐述了六西格玛管理的质量分析控制方法在炭素企业生产实践中的应用。通过对大量的样本数据进行分析,找出了影响质量问题的关键因素,并在下一阶段中加以控制、改善,以保证产品质量稳定,提升企业整体竞争能力,进而为企业可持续发展提供强有力的保证。
The six Sigma quality control methods used in carbon production practice were analysed.The key factors affecting the quality issues were found through analysis a large number of sample data,which would be controlled and improved in the next stage,for ensuring product quality and stability,enhancing their overall competitiveness,thus can provide strong guarantee for sustainable development of enterprises.
