不同旋转压实水平下多孔磨耗层混合料的性能

Properties of Porous Friction Course Mixes at Different Gyration Levels

摘要 为了研究不同旋转压实水平对多孔磨耗层(PFCs)混合料性能的影响,简要回顾了不同公路部门设计和使用这类混合料时在设计压实次数和集料级配设计中的差异性,研究了6种级配在不同沥青用量(4.0%~5.0%之间)和旋转压实水平(N)下混合料的性能变化,得出了压实水平N、级配、沥青用量对多孔磨耗层混合料体积特性、老化前磨耗损失、渗透性和永久变形特性的影响规律,通过统计分析,得出了影响多孔磨耗层混合料性能的主要因素。 In order to study the effect of different gyratory levels on properties of PFC mixes,a brief review of the differences in the design gyrations(Ndesign)and the design aggregate gradations in mix design and the uses of these mixes adopted by various agencies is provided.In this study,six gradations(G) are investigated with binder contents(BC)ranging between 4.0% and 5.0% by mass of the total mix,for va-rious gyration levels(N).The effect of N,G,and BC on the volumetric properties,unaged abrasion loss,permeability,and the permanent deformation characteristics of PFC mixes are investigated.The experiment and results are statistically analyzed to identify the major influencing factors and their significance.
