摘要
作者旨在总结前期工作的基础上,找出导致湿地松水培烂根问题的原因,以1a生湿地松当年生针叶束为材料,利用单因素随机区组试验设计方法,研究了不同水培方式和不同针叶束基部处理方式对湿地松针叶束水培生根的影响,用SAS对测得数据做分析处理,试验结果表明:湿地松烂根的主要原因不是缺氧,3种培养方式中静止培养生根率极显著高于循环培养,静止培养生根量显著高于摇床培养;针叶束基部处理对其生根率和生根量的影响不显著;静止培养中,每瓶培养40根针叶束的培养效果最好。
Based on summarizing previous work,we found out the reasons of root rot in Pinus elliottii Engelm.,We used one year old needle fascicles of Pinus elliottii Engelm.for materials and single factor randomized trial design method which studied the different influence,different ways of water culture and basal approaches of needle fascicles on the hydroponics Pinus elliottii Engelm.needle fascicles.Using SAS to analysis and process the data,The results showed that the main reason of root rot is not without oxygen,the static cultivation in three ways of cultivation has not only a significantly higher rooting rate than the Cycle-Cultivation,but also significantly higher root number than the table cultivation.However,the influence on the rooting rate and root number is not significant in different approaches to the base of the needle fascicles,and in the static cultivation,the best is that every bottle raises 40 needle fascicles.
