血清TPS和VEGF水平变化与乳腺癌的关系及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平检测对乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法采用ELISA法分别检测53例乳腺癌患者、50例乳腺良性疾病患者、50例正常女性的血清TPS和VEGF水平。结果乳腺癌患者的血清TPS和VEGF水平及检测阳性率均高于乳腺良性疾病和正常对照组(P<0.05),TPS和VEGF阳性率和水平均随着临床分期的进展而升高。乳腺癌患者手术后血清TPS和VEGF水平下降(P<0.05)。结论 TPS和VEGF在乳腺癌患者血清中都呈现不同程度的高表达,其中TPS能较好地反映肿瘤增殖,两者联合检测可提高其临床应用价值。
