摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族住院患者高尿酸血症与糖代谢异常的关系。方法应用生化方法检测180例维吾尔族高尿酸血症患者和194例血尿酸正常者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血尿酸及空腹血清胰岛素(FIns)浓度,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)并测量人体参数。结果高尿酸血症组FBG、PBG、HbA1c、FIns、HOMA-IR均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究对象的血尿酸与FBG、HbA1c、FIns、HOMA-IR、BMI、WHR呈正相关(P<0.01);血尿酸水平随年龄增长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以50~59岁组男性血尿酸水平最高,≥60组女性血尿酸水平最高,各年龄段男性血尿酸均高于女性(P<0.05)。结论维吾尔族高尿酸血症患者存在糖代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗,应针对新疆饮食和民族特点开展健康教育,以防治高尿酸血症及相关疾病。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid and related indexes of glucose metabolism of Uygur ethnic. Methods Totally 374 blood samples,including 180 hyperuricemia patients as hyperuricemia group,and 194 healthy subjects as control group were collected from two hospital. After measuring the height、weight、and waist circumference in hyperuricemia group and control group were collected,SUA、FBG、PBG、HbA1c、and FIns were determined. The FIns were measured with radioimmunoassy(RIA). The HOMA-IR was calculated based on FBG and FIns with the minimal model. Results The FINS、HbA1c、FBG、PBG and HOMA-IR levels of hyperuricemia group increased significantly than control group(P0.01). The serum uric acid level of Uygur ethnic in different sex and different age groups were analyzed. There was positive correlation between SUA levels and FBG、HbA1c、FIns、HOMA-IR、BMI、WHR(P0.01). Conclusions Hyperuricemia is correlated with abnormal blood glucose levels and insulin resistance.We should make education to prevent and control hyperuricemia and correlated disease specialized to the diet habit and characteristic of Uygur.
