摘要 将稻壳用体积分数10%的盐酸处理后在600℃焚烧得到稻壳二氧化硅,利用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对稻壳二氧化硅进行表面改性。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(X-ray)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及马尔文粒度仪对改性前后稻壳二氧化硅的结构、形貌和粒径进行了分析。 Rice husk silica was prepared by burning rice husk treated with the 10%(volume fraction)HCl at 600℃.γ-Glycidyloxipropyltrimethoxysilane(KH550)was used to modify rice husk silica surface.The structure,morphology,and size distribution of modified and unmodified rice husk silica were investigated by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction and Malvern particle sizer.
