乙酸水蒸气重整制氢Fe-Ni催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了一系列负载型Fe-Ni催化剂,利用固定床反应器对该系列催化剂在乙酸水蒸气重整制氢反应中的催化性能进行了评价,研究了催化剂中Fe与Ni的摩尔比、载体种类、活性组分负载量、反应温度及液态空速对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,在4种载体(Al_2O_3,ZrO_2,SiO_2,TiO_2)负载的Fe-Ni催化剂中,Fe-Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂表现出最高的活性和选择性;当Fe与Ni的摩尔比为0.25:1、Fe-Ni负载量(摩尔分数)为15%、水与碳摩尔比为7.5:1、液态空速为4.8 h^(-1)、反应温度为350℃时,可使乙酸完全转化,并且反应温度为600℃时H_2选择性高达96.2%。 A series of Fe-Ni catalysts were prepared through an impregnation method and used in the steam reforming of acetic acid for hydrogen production. The performances of the catalysts in the steam reforming reaction were studied in a fixed-bed reactor. It was showed that the mole ratio of Fe to Ni, supports(Al2O3, ZrO2, SiO2 and TiO2), total loading of both Fe and Ni, reaction temperature and LHSV affected the activity and the selectivity of the catalysts significantly. Acetic acid could converted completely and the selectivity to H2 could reached 96.2% under the optimal conditions of Fe-Ni/Al2O3 as catalyst with mole ratio of Fe to Ni 0.25 : 1 and total loading of both Fe and Ni ( mole fraction) 15%, mole ratio of water to carbon 7.5 : 1, LHSV 4.8 h -1 and reaction temperature 350℃
