摘要
2010年在永仁县油橄榄良种繁育基地进行了糖醋酒液对陈齿爪鳃金龟的引诱效果试验。结果表明,糖醋酒液中糖、乙酸、乙醇的比例分别为20:1:5和20:3:5时,对陈齿爪鳃金龟均有明显的引诱作用,但引诱能力无明显差异。以糖醋酒液和陈齿爪鳃金龟雌成虫活体配合使用,则引诱到比单独使用糖醋酒液更多的陈齿爪鳃金龟,证明陈齿爪鳃金龟存在性信息素。
Effect of the mixtures of suga-acetic and acid-ethanol on attracting an olive pest,Holotrichia cheni Chang was tested.Both mixtures of sugar,acetic acid and ethanol with the ratio of 20︰1︰5 and 20︰3︰5 showed significant attracting activity,but not signifiant between the two mixtures.However,combination of mixture of sugar-acetic acid-ethanol with virgin females was able to attract more Holotrichia cheni adult beetles,indicating the females released pheromone.
