摘要
运用积分方法设计开发了摩托车发动机点火能量测试系统,该系统由单片机和信号检测电路等组成。它模拟摩托车点火系统的现场工作条件,对发动机转速(2000 ̄12000r/min)内的点火能量进行测量。由于采用了光电隔离和软件滤波等抗干扰措施,系统工作稳定,测试结果准确可靠。
A measurement system for motor engine igniting energy is designed by using integral. This system consists of computer on slice and signal survey circuits. It simulates the working condition on-ling of motor ignition system.It measures the igniting energy within rotational speed of 200 ~1200r/min. As measures for anti-interference of photoactor and software filter are taken. The system works stably and the result of measurement is accurate and reliable.
