摘要
目前海底管道的防腐层结构主要有3LPE和FBE,但FBE因脆性较大而不单独采用,而3LPE的长期使用温度一般不超过70℃。为解决原油输送温度超过80℃的海底管道防腐问题,国外已成功地开发和应用了3LPP防腐层结构。文章介绍了国内海底管道3LPP防腐层的开发与应用的开创性工作,从3LPP原材料检验项目及性能指标的建立、原材料的筛选、涂敷试验工艺参数、涂层性能检测、3LPP在文昌油田群海底管道工程上的应用等方面对其进行了论述。
At present,3LPE and FBE are the main anticorrosion structures of submarine pipelines.But FBE can't be used by itself owing to its greater brittleness and 3LPE can usually be used at the temperature under 70 ℃.Therefore,in order to solve the anticorrosion problem in the submarine pipeline transporting crude oil with temperature over 80 ℃,some foreign countries have successfully developed and applied 3LPP.In this paper,the initiative work in China to develop and apply 3LPP anticorrosion structure for submarine pipeline is introduced,which includes the establishment of 3LPP raw and processed material inspection items and property specifications,selection of the raw and processed materials,process parameters of coating test,detection of coating performance,as well as its application in submarine pipelines of Wenchang Oilfield.
