基于虚拟样机仿真的过山车连接件瞬态应力分析 被引量:8

摘要 以过山车车厢连接件为例,运用Solid Works,ADAMS和ANSYS的协同建模和仿真,建立了具有柔性体连接件的过山车系统虚拟样机模型,实现过山车整个运行过程的动态仿真,进而获得了车厢连接件的动态应力变化和瞬时应力分布情况。从而为研制开发连接件,提高高速特种设备的安全保障提供了有效途径。 By taking the carriage joints of the roller coaster as an example,and by applying the collaborative modeling and simulation through Solid Works,ADAMS and ANSYS,the virtual prototype model of the roller coaster system with flexible joints was established,allowing the dynamic simulation of the roller coaster during the whole operation,and the dynamic stress variation and the transient stress distribution condition of the carriage joints was further obtained.Therefore,this has provided the research and development of the joints,and improvement of the safety guarantee of high-speed special equipments with an effective way.
