摘要
通过断口形貌宏微观、化学成分、金相组织分析、机械性能测试等方法,以及叉头的有限元模拟分析,找出宽厚板精轧机主传动轴叉头修复后断裂失效的原因,分析了激光熔覆和局部补焊对基体组织的影响,为后续叉头修复工艺的改进提供了技术指导。
By macro and micro,chemical composition,metallographic structure analysis of fracture appearance and testing mechanical properties as well as finite element analogy of yoke,this paper finds out the reasons for fracture of repaired yoke in heavy plate finishing mill,analyzes the affect of laser cladding and local repair welding on the base material structure,which provides technical guidance for the subsequent improvement of the repairing techniques of yoke.
