考虑网络外部性的信息产品定价与政府反盗版政策研究 被引量:5

摘要 网络外部性是信息产品的重要特性。从消费者效用函数出发,通过建立两阶段博弈模型分析了网络效应对信息产品垄断市场上正版厂商、盗版厂商、消费者及政府政策的影响。研究表明,网络外部性不改变正版厂商和盗版厂商的均衡定价,但提高了厂商的市场覆盖率,使厂商利润和社会福利增加。研究还表明,网络外部性会影响政府反盗版监管政策的实施效果,使反盗版的难度增加、成本上升,并加大了使盗版厂商退出市场所需的最小监管力度。政府在制定反盗版政策时应考虑网络效应对市场及政策实施的影响。
