纳米胶原基骨在根尖周病骨缺损修复中的应用观察

摘要 【目的】研究纳米胶原基骨(nHAC)修复根尖周病骨缺损的治疗效果。【方法】选择慢性根尖周病变非手术治疗失败根尖囊肿,根周骨破坏超过1 cm×1 cm的70例患者随机分为2组,nHAC组35例,根尖搔刮术后骨腔中植入nHAC。对照组35例,术后骨腔中不置入材料。【结果】术后3个月时,X线片显示nHAC组骨密度明显增高,与对照组比较疗效差异有显著(P<0.01)。6个月时骨性愈合高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。12个月时骨性愈合优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】nHAC生物相容性好,可促进早期骨缺损的修复,是一种较为理想的骨替代材料。 【Objective】 To investigate the curative effects of nano-hydroxyapatite collagen(nHAC) in bone defected periapical diseases.【Methods】70 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.For nHAC group(35 patients),nHAC was put into the crypt.For control group(35 patients),no material was put into crypt after the curettage.【Results】At 3 months,the bone density in nHAC group,increased significantly than control group(P〈0.01) as shown by x-ray photo.At 6 months,nHAC group of bone healing was significant increase than control group(P〈0.01).At 12 months,nHAC group of bone healing was obviously increase than control group(P〈0.05).【Conclusions】nHAC with its good biocompatibility and promoting reconstruction of bone defect in early stage can be considered as an ideal alternative substitute material for bone replacement.
