摘要
以水杨醛为原料,经碘代反应合成了2-羟基-3-碘苯甲醛,并在微波辅助作用下与醋酸铜固相合成2-羟基-3-碘苯甲醛合铜配合物.利用单晶X射线法测定了标题化合物的晶体结构.该化合物为正交晶系,空间群为Pna21,晶体学参数:a=1.27897(12)nm,b=0.61132(8)nm,c=1.95114(18)nm;F(000)=1036,Z=4,V=1.5255(3)nm3,Dc=2.428g.cm-3,Mr=557.54.最终结构偏离因子R=0.0532,Rw=0.1269;S=1.031.最终差值电子密度的最大值和最小值分别为1625nm-3和-1049nm-3.
The complex 2-hydroxy-3-iodo-benzaldehyde-copper(Ⅱ)has been synthesized by 2-hydroxy-3-iodo-benzaldehyde and Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O under microwave in solid state.The structure was determined by single X-ray crystallography study.The title complex C14H8CuI2O4 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna21 with the cell parameters a=1.278 97(12)nm,b=0.611 32(8)nm,c=1.951 14(18)nm;F(000)=1 036,Z=4,V=1.525 5(3)nm3,Dc=2.428 g·cm-3,Mr=557.54.R=0.053 2,Rw=0.126 9;S=1.031.The largest differences in peak and hole of electron density are 1 625 nm-3 and-1 049 nm-3.
