数控选区电化学沉积快速成型的扫描路径研究

摘要 数控选区电化学沉积快速成型是在传统快速成型基础上用电化学沉积法直接制备金属零件的一种新型加工工艺.通过对层轮廓线的生成机理研究,设计出适合本工艺切片软件的实体分层算法和扫描路径的生成算法;分析了常用的快速成型路径填充方式,并结合该工艺的要求,提出了平行交错间隙往复填充方式.最后通过VC++平台开发了选择性电沉积快速成型控制软件,实现了控制成型加工,制备出高精度、高表面光洁度的金属零件. A direct metal forming system based on traditional prototyping approaches,so-called numerical control selective electro-deposition rapid prototyping technology is introduced in the paper.And a new kind of path generating algorithm for rapid prototyping technology based on electrochemical deposition is also presented.Through researching on Mechanism of layer contour,physical layer algorithm and scanning path generation algorithm are designed,complying with slice software process.The staggered gap and reciprocated filling mode is analyzed some traditional path filling modes of rapid prototyping,combined with the technological requirements.The Selective Electro-deposition Rapid Prototyping control software is designed by VC++ Platform and the manufacture of metal parts with high precision and perfect surface finish is achieved by control processing.
