摘要
为研究不同灌溉定额对设施茄子叶片光合特性及产量的影响,在宁夏盐池县进行小区栽培试验。结果表明:灌溉定额675、900 mm的处理叶片净光合速率影响显著高于灌溉113 mm的处理。随着灌水量的增加,叶片蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度先减少后增加,Fo有着先减少后增加的趋势,Fm和Fv随着灌水量的增加有先增加后减少的趋势。反映了水分亏缺和水分过量都会影响光化学效率、潜在活性、捕获激发能的效率、光和电子的传递。水分利用效率随着灌水量的增加而逐渐的减少,根据不同灌水处理下茄子的生理性状、经济效益和土壤水分的可持续利用原则,最佳的灌溉量为550~700 mm。
The effects of different irrigation amount on leaf photosynthesis characteristics and yield of greenhouse eggplant are studied in Yanchi county of Ningxia.The result shows that Pn of the treatments with 675 mm and 900 mm irrigation quota are significant more than that of 113 mm treatment.At the same time,with the increase of the irrigation amount,the values of stomatal conductance(Ci),intercellular CO-2 concentration(Gs)and transpiratory rate(Tr) are gradually decrease first then increased,the trend of Fo is reduced firstly then increases,while the Fm,Fv increases firstly then reduces.This reflects that both the water deficit and water surplus have effects on the primary light energy conversion of PSⅡ,the potential activities of PSⅡ,the potential photosynthetic activities and photosynthetic electron transport.The water use efficiency(WUE) is gradually decreased with the increase of irrigation amount.According to the analysis result of yield and growth status of eggplant under different irrigation amount,economic benefit and sustainable use of soil water,it is concluded that the optimum irrigation amount is 550 to 700 mm.
