摘要
通过对１９９８年我国特大洪水灾害的损失和成因、洪灾与水土保持的密切相关性分析，提出了加强水土保持工作在当前生态环境日益恶化形势下的意义和紧迫性，并就今后防治水土流失的具体对策进行了探讨。
By analyzing the damages and causes of the severe flood disaster which happened in 1998 in China and obvious relationship between flood disaster and soil conservation.It puts forward significance and urgency of enforcing the work of soil and water conservation in current situation of ecological environment worsening. The specific strategies of prevention and control of soil and water loss in future are discussed.
