摘要
针对近红外光谱仪光源普遍存在的稳定性问题,提出了一种硬件与软件结合的光源校准方法,将光源的稳定校准工作交由上位机来完成,可在上位机中实现更为复杂的自适应算法,从而进一步优化提升光源的稳定性。研究中针对华夏科创Hadamard近红外光谱仪开发了光源校准算法,在仪器连续工作14小时发生明显基线漂移后,通过调控光源电压对仪器光源进行校准,整个校准搜索过程循环20次达到收敛,耗时为1.5min,光谱的相对平均误差为0.4334%,满足仪器重复性要求。由于校准采用线性校准算法,存在较准时间长的缺点,如果采用更为智能的自适应搜索算法,校准时间应该会进一步缩短。
The paper proposed a method to improve the stability of the NIR light source,which combined the hardware and software technology.The method used the computer to complete the light source power calibration,so more complex algorithms could be used in the calibration process,in order to enhance the stability of the light source.In the study,a light source calibration algorithm was developed,after looping 20 times and consumed 1.5min in the experiment;the average relative error is 0.4334%.This result reached the instrument stability requirement.
