摘要
试验选择1440只奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)随机分为A、B、C、D组,D组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,A、B、C组饲喂基础日粮+0.5、1.0 g/kg和2.0 g/kg鱼蛋白多肽-锌配合物。试验周期49 d。试验结果表明:试验组罗非鱼的体重、特定生长率、存活率、血清溶菌酶含量和总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力与对照组相比均有显著提高,饲料转换系数有显著降低,血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力随多肽-锌配合物添加量的增加有一定升高。添加剂用量达到1.0 g/kg时,罗非鱼生长速度、免疫力及抗氧化功能均显著增强,超过该剂量之后相关指标增加不明显。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Zn(Ⅱ)-peptide complexes on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of oreochromis niloticus.1440 oreochromis niloticus were selected and divided into 4 groups.Group A,B,C were fed with basic diets +0.5,1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg Zn(Ⅱ)-peptide complexes,while Group D was selected as the control group and fed with basic diets.The 49-day feeding experiment showed that terminal body weight,specific growth rate,survival rate,contents of lysozyme and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in trial group supplemented with Zn(Ⅱ)-peptide complexes remarkably increased,and feed conversion coefficient significantly decreased.The serum biochemical indexes were increased at the same time,such as the contents of total protein,albumin,globulin,and activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),but no significant difference was observed.The oreochromis niloticus had faster growth,stronger immunity and antioxidant activity when 1.0 g/kg of Zn(Ⅱ)-peptide complexes was added in the experiment,but when the amount exceeded 1.0 g/kg,variations of related indicators were not obvious.
