摘要
为了解决龙滩煤矿通风能力不足、技改扩能以后将造成通风系统失衡等问题,基于矿井通风系统基础参数测定结果和煤矿后期的生产部署,分析了制约通风能力的主要问题,建议及时密闭不用的联络巷道,及时清除巷道的堆积物,减少局部阻力;提出4个矿井通风系统改造方案,利用通风系统管理软件对提出的通风系统优化改造方案进行通风模拟解算,同时进行了经济投入与通风运行效益分析,确定了2个最优的矿井通风系统优化改造方案。
In order to solve the insufficiency of the mine ventilation capacity in Longtan Coal Mine and the ventilation system lost balance problems occurred after the mine technical reconstruction and production capacity expansion,based on the basic parameter measured results of the mine ventilation system and the mine late production layout,the paper analyzed the main problems restricting the mine ventilation capacity.Paper proposed that the no application connection gateway should be timely sealed and the stockpiling material in the gateway should be timely taken away in order to reduce the local resistance in the gateway.There were four reconstruction plans proposed for the mine ventilation system.The management software of the mine ventilation system was applied to the ventilation simulation calculation of the optimized reconstruction plans for the mine ventilation system.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the economic investment and the ventilation operation benefit and two optimized reconstruction plans of the optimum mine ventilation system were determined.
