摘要
根据道路交通安全系统本身所具有的模糊性,以及目前大多数评价方法缺点,采用能够对模糊中介过渡过程进行形象描述的可变模糊集理论,以相对隶属度和相对差异函数为基础,并通过级别特征值来量化评价结果,以提高评价结果的可靠性。在介绍该方法的基础上,对大连市沙河口区黄河路的道路交通进行安全综合评价。
The road traffic safety evaluation is a multi-grade and multi-index fuzzy evaluation problem that related to political, social, economical and environmental etc. Currently, most evaluation methods just simplify the evaluation standard form of interval for point' s forms processing, this will certainly affect the reliability of the evaluation results. Further more many methods such as Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has the weakness of maximum membership degree not adaptability, the reason is that in the traditional fuzzy set theory, membership degree and membership function defined only by the characteristic function by mapping, so they could not describe the intermediary transition accurately, because of the uniqueness is not suitable for solving engineering technical problems. In this article, variable fuzzy set theory will be introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of road traffic safety. With the relative membership degree and relative difference function to describe the intermediary transitional stage, and using the feature of grades for results quantification, improving the reliability of the evaluation results. The feature of grades are used to solve the problem of uniqueness is not suitable. The proposed method is applied to assess the Huaughe road section of Dalian city. It is proves that variable fuzzy sets methods are suitable for road safety evaluation.
