摘要
通过对常规泵在不同倾斜角度下的工作特性及阀球运动规律的研究,设计出改进型斜井抽油泵;并将两种泵的工作特性曲线进行对比,得到了两种抽油泵泵效开始降低的临界倾角,同时分析了倾斜角度和冲次对泵效的影响以及改进型斜井抽油泵泵效高于常规泵的原因。研究结果表明改进型斜井泵的内部结构的改进和材质的优选是泵效提高的主要因素。研究成果为现场斜井泵优选和合理工作制度的制定提供依据。
With the study of the operating characteristics of the conventional oil-well pump at different inclined angles and the moving law of ball valves,a slant improved oil-well pump was designed.By comparing the two oil-well operating characteristics curves,the critical angle have been discovered where the pump efficiency begins to decrease,simultaneously analysed the effect of the inclination angle and stroke and the main cause of the slant improved oil-well pumping efficiency higher than the conventional oil-well pump.The results show that the improvement of the slant improved oil-well pump' s internal structure and the optimization of the materials are the main factors to improve pump efficiency.This research results provide a reasonable basis for the selection of the slant oil-well pump type and the setting of reasonable work system.
