摘要
炼油化工和煤化工工业中产生的含酸性气体与氨的废水处理是当前普遍关注的问题。单塔加压汽提工艺是处理该类废水的一个有效工艺。本文对单塔加压汽提的机理、主要工艺和参数等的相关研究给予了详细的总结与分析,并对存在的问题和技术未来发展等方面进行了阐述。现有工艺在系统优化、设计和优化软件包的开发以及高适应性的塔内件开发等方面仍值得人们关注。
The treatment for wastewater coming from processes in refineries or coal coal-gasification has aroused particular attention for the reason it contained pollutants as ammonia and sour gas.The process of single pressurized stripper with side-draws to remove ammonia and sour gas simultaneously was an effective technique to treat this kind of wastewater.The related researches on the mechanism of stripping,major technical details and parameters were focused on,and a detailed summary and analysis were proposed.Some existing problems or the future of this technology were described.Some issues about this technology such as optimization for system,software development for design and optimization,and design of inner parts with high adaptability,were also concerned.
