摘要
目的:分析小牛胸腺肽(TP)改善氢化可的松(HC)抑制骨髓造血功能的作用。方法:小鼠肌肉注射HC0.5mg/d2周,并用Hep2细胞致敏。TP组腹腔注射TP10μg/d,HC组腹腔注射NS0.1ml,共6d。测RBC、WBC值,取右胫骨观察骨髓造血组织结构改变。结果:HC致骨髓明显萎缩。致敏后TP能促骨髓造血幼稚细胞和中性粒细胞增生。
Objective:To analyse the improving effect of thymic peptides(TP) on hemopoietic function of bone marrow inhibited by hydrocortisone(HC).Methods:Mice injected HC 0.5 mg/d intramuscularly for two weeks and sensitized with Hep 2 cells were divided into two groups:mice of TP group were injected with TP 10 μg/d and mice of HC group with NS 0.1 ml intrapertoneally for 6 days.RBC and WBC counts of blood and hemopoietic tissue of bone marrow of right shin bone were taken for examination.Results:HC led to distinct atrophy of bone marrow.TP can promote proliferation of hemopoietic blast cell and granulocytes after sensitization.Conclusions:TP can ameliorate the effect caused by HC on bone marrow of mice after being sensitized.
