重庆市农村寄宿制学校中学生营养知识知晓现状 被引量:5

Nutrition Knowledge Status of Rural Boarding Middle School Students in Chongqing

摘要 目的了解重庆市农村寄宿制学校中学生的营养知识现状,为开展营养教育和干预提供依据。方法采用分层二阶段整群抽样方法,对重庆市3547名农村寄宿制中学生的营养知识进行调查。结果有21.00%的学生营养知识不及格,女生营养知识的平均得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义(u=10.54,P<0.01);3个年级学生的营养知识平均得分随年级的升高而增加,差异有统计学意义(F=44.73,P<0.01)。"因缺维生素C而引起牙龈出血"这一问题的答对率最低(69.45%);对于营养素来源4道题目,全部答对率仅有2.20%;学生对粗粮比细粮营养更全面的答对率较低(52.76%)。结论重庆市农村寄宿制学校中学生的营养知识有待提高,需加强对学生营养知识的宣传和教育工作。 Objective To know the status about nutrition knowledge of rural boarding middle school students in Chongqing,to provide guidelines for developing education and of nutrition knowledge.Methods The nutrition knowledge of 3 547 students of rural boarding middle school in Chongqing were investigated by adopting stratified two-stage cluster sampling method.Results About 21.00% students got a failing grade in the questionnaire survey and the average grade that females achieved was higher than that of males,which was of statistical significance(u=10.54,P0.01).The average grade in the nutrition knowledge survey increased as the 3 grade students enter a higher grade,which was of statistical significance(F=44.73,P0.01).Only 69.45% students knew the cause of gums bleeding disease due to the lack of vitamin C,which was the lowest correct rate in the questionnaire survey.The correct rate about the nutrient source was only 2.20%;The correct rate about the fact that coarse food grains have more comprehensive nutrient substance than refined food grains was at a low level(52.76%).Conclusion The nutrition knowledge of rural boarding middle school students in Chongqing still need to be improved,especially the knowledge about nutrient sources.More information and education about nutrition knowledge of students should be offered.
